OUT JANUARY 15TH - Mandroid Echostar's "Paladin"

Mandroid Echostar is a Canadian progressive metal band made up of Stephen Richards (guitar), Sam Pattison (guitar), Michael Ciccia (vocals), James Krul (guitar/vocals), Matt Huber-Kidby (drums), and Adam Richards (bass). Since their formation in 2010, they have performed with Megadeath, Every Time I Die, Protest the Hero, Intervals, The Kindred, etc. Their melodic alternative rock and technical heavy metal blend has created a positive platform in the music scene for which they can further their craft.

In 2012, their self-titled EP sparked a lot of interest from music enthusiasts and the band followed with an EP titled Citadels a year later, that earned them praises from critics everywhere. Mandroid Echostar has spent the last three years preparing a full-length album that promises to deliver.

Amongst the hype of the the album, the band has released a single from it, titled Paladin. "Paladin pushes boundaries on both ends of the scale for us, delivering high energy heavy riffs and subtle melodies,” says vocalist, Mike Ciccio, "This song represents one of many steps into new terrain on our upcoming record."

The music video for Paladin was released this week and can be seen here or on the "Featured Artists" page.

Mandroid Echostar just kicked off their Canadian tour earlier this week with Protest the Hero. Tour dates are available here.
